What is Arthrosis
Arthrosis is a chronic joint diseas. The pain is usually felt during the day and emphasizes during joint movement efforts. Arthrosis of the knee and the hip are the most common cases.
a simple exercise to build mobility and stability
If you suffer from Knee Arthrosis this is a simple exercise to build mobility and stability.
1.Sit upright on the floor, the spine is erect, the head is straight, the legs are straight forward,
2. circle your feet in and out, and repaeat 5 to 10 times
3.Next, stretch and pull your toes to your Body and stretch your heels away from the Body, and release, Repeat 5 to 10 times.
4. now stretch out the right leg and pull the left leg to your body, while stretching your toes. The outstretched, right leg :push the heel away from the body and stretch and pull the toes to your Body...Release. Repeat 5 to 10 times
This is an easy excecise which can be done in the evening, before yo go to sleep, or in the morning to gently wake up the body and joints.
I also would like to recommend an Ayurvedic Oil Massage. The Massage relieves the pain, relaxes the muscles, promotes the blood circulation of the joint and makes it more flexible and resilient.
Massage the joint with an Ayurvedic herbal Oil for five Minutes and keep it warm with warm compresses.
Put a towel in hot water, wring it out and wrap it around the (knee) joint.Repeat this 5 to 7 times.
Dry the Skin and rest for 15 Minutes.
